Summary

Roster periods need to be opened, processed and closed on a regular basis.

An Employee Tour is a roster pattern for a defined cycle length. The cycle length is determined by the number of days that elapse before the tour repeats itself. Each tour must have a specified duration. Each working day in a tour cycle requires a shift code.

A shift code is a span of working time for any day of the week. A shift code requires a Start Time, End Time, and Break Code.

An Employee Timeband Override is a span of working time for a specific day of the week, for one employee.
