Overview |
To successfully submit data to IR, the PayGlobal user must be authenticated with IR. Authentication requires you to go to a IR login page where you can enter your credentials (i.e. your personal myIR user ID and password). |
PayGlobal User Profiles |
Each person (user) that will be responsible for submitting data to IR from the PayGlobal application MUST have their OWN “User profile” - not use a PG login that is shared. This is because the User Authentication process requires you to login to myIR with your personal login and potentially be forced to validate that myIR login with their REAL Me identity too. |
Am I Authenticated? |
When the Payday Manager is started, an indicator is displayed in the top right hand-side of the form to show you what your authentication status is. An "authenticated" user can make submissions and get status updates for all submissions. Non-authenticated users can only get status updates. |
How do I Authenticate? |
Steps to authenticate:
|
MYOB Terms of Use |
When Authentication pop-up window is displayed, you will either see the words MYOB Terms of Use as hyperlink or you will have URL that you can copy into a web browser. The web address you should arrive at is: |
IR Login page |
When you click the Authenticate with IR button, the URL given is unique to PayGlobal database and PayGlobal User Profile that has activated this Authentication process. If your organisation's system administrator has disabled PayGlobal from opening a browser, you will need to copy and paste the entire URL provided into the address bar of the browser of your choice. Once you arrive at the myIR login page - you must enter your own personal credentials (i.e. login details are linked to a person's own personal IR number - shared logins are not permissible!) IMPORTANT: Accessing the IR Login without this unique URL does not give you the ability to Authenticate as Payday filer a company. |
