Summary

The Integration tab records details for any details related to the integration of employee data with other systems such as Workforce Management.

Fields

Integration source:

This read-only field is used to indicate where the employee data originated from. This is blank for employees directly entered into PayGlobal but will be populated for those added to PayGlobal via workforce management integration. This field is also used to indicate the source of any external updates to the employee record.

Is onboarding to PayGlobal:

This is a Yes/No field to indicate when an employee is still in the process of being onboarded into PayGlobal. While the employee is in the process of onboarding (eg. the field is set to Yes) they cannot be added to pays and any payroll imported transaction data for the employee will be ignored.

Has pending update:

This is a Yes/No field to indicate when an employee has an update from an external system that was unable to be applied or requires additional attention from the Payroll Administrator. When an update has been partially applied Payroll Notes will be added to the employee to indicate what further actions are required.

If the employee has updates that have not been fully applied (eg. the field is set to Yes) warning messages will be generated in the audit logs for Open Pay, Process Pay and Close Pay.
