Summary

The Details tab records the date, time and place of an OHS/OSH committee meeting. It also records the number of incidents that have occurred since the last meeting.

Fields

Meeting date:

The date of an OHS/OSH committee meeting.

Meeting time:

The time of the meeting in hours and minutes.

Next meeting date:

The date of the next meeting.

Next meeting date:

The date of the next scheduled meeting.

Date of last fire drill:

The date of the last fire drill.

Location Code:

The location of the meeting.

Department Code:

The department associated with the meeting, if applicable.

Fire drill date:

The date that has been set for the next fire drill.

Review last meeting:

Select 'Yes' if the previous meeting is reviewed.

Estimate Incidents button

Click the Estimate Incidents button to populate the following fields:

• Incidents since last meeting
• Incidents investigated
• Personal harm incidents

This action calculates the number of incidents, incident investigations and personal harm incidents between the date of the last meeting and the date of this meeting.
