Summary

The PayGlobal incident register contains full details of workplace incidents, including persons injured, witnesses and costs incurred. You can record the cause of the incident, the investigation results, and the actions taken.

Hazards

If a person was injured as the result of exposure to a significant hazard, then you can link the hazard to the Incident record.

Procedure

To add an Incident record, switch to Edit mode and press Insert.

The Incidents - Details tab appears.
