Incidents - Causes

Summary

The Causes tab page displays the cause of an Incident.

An Incident can have several causes. For example, a combination of faulty equipment and poor weather conditions may contribute to a motor accident.

Procedure
  1. To add an Incident Cause, switch to Edit mode and press Insert.

    The Select Incident Causes window appears.

  2. Click the check box for the Incident Cause that you want to add. You can select multiple Incident Causes.
  3. Click OK.

    Note: Incident Causes are set up in the Incident Causes entity.
