Summary

The Incident Causes entity groups the cause of the incident into categories.

Note: These codes are used in the Incident Causes window on the Incidents - Causes tab page.

Procedure

To add an Incident Causes record, switch to Edit mode and press Insert.

The Incident Causes - Details tab appears.
