The Details tab page records the injured person’s name and details. |
Fields |
Type:The person's relationship to your organisation. For example, Employee, Customer, Supplier, Visitor. Employee code:If the injured person is an employee, then select their Employee code. As you press Tab to move through the fields, PayGlobal copies some of their details from their employee record. When this field is empty, the following fields are enabled: Other ID, Last name, First names, Date of birth, and Gender. Other ID:Enabled when Type is not ' Employee'. Other identification for the injured person. Location code:Physical location that an injured person works in. For example, Wellington or Victoria. Department code:Area in the organisation where the injured person works. For example, Bakery or Accounts. Last name:Injured person's surname. First names:Injured person's first names. Date of birth:Injured person's date of birth. Gender:Injured person's gender. Hours worked:Injured person's profiled hours. ACC Claim Form Number:The workplace illness/injury insurance provider assigns this code to identify a workplace illness or injury claim. In New Zealand this code is displayed on an employee’s ACC45 or ACC46 Claim form. ACC accredited employers will receive copies of their employees’ ACC45 and/or AC46 claim forms. ACC uses these claim forms to record patient accident claim information. The employer is responsible for accurately transposing data from these forms to PayGlobal in order to complete the ACCPP requirements. Shift code:Injured persons default shift. Planned return:Enabled when the injured person is an employee. Date that the employee plans to return to work. Note: When ACC accept a claim, they issue the employee and employer (if accredited) with an ACC Claim Number. You can record this number on the Notes tab of the employee’s Accident Claim record. |
