Injured Persons - Contact Details

Summary

The Contract Details tab page records the injured person's contact details. If Type = Employee on the Injured Persons - Details tab, then these details are copied from the employee file when you save the record.

If the injured person is not an employee, then you need to manually complete this tab page.

Fields
Address:

Line 1 and 2 contain the street address. Line 3 and 4 contain the suburb, town or locality.

Work phone:

The injured person's work phone number, which should include the area code.

Mobile phone:

The injured person's mobile phone number.

Home phone:

The injured person's personal phone number.

Fax:

The injured person's fax phone number.

E-mail:

The injured person's e-mail address.
