Summary

The Incident Action Categories entity groups the actions taken into categories.

You can create categories specific to your company. For example, "Insurance company informed" or "Faulty machinery replaced".

Note: These codes are used in the Incident Action Category Code pick list on the Incident Investigation Actions - Details tab page.

Procedure

To add an Incident Action Categories record, switch to Edit mode and press Insert. Incident Action Categories are simple code and description records.
