Fields

Code:

Make sure that your coding convention clearly identifies rehabilitation records.

For example, R09.001.1003:

• R = Rehabilitation
• 09 = 2009
• 001 = Annual Rehabilitation Counter
• 1003 = Employee code.

Employee:

The employee that this Rehabilitation applies to.

Result of accident:

Yes/No field that indicates whether the rehabilitation is the result of an accident.

Work Related:

Yes/No field that indicates whether the incident is work related.

Claim:

Enabled when the Employee field is populated.

Links an Accident Claim or WorkCover Claim to an employee’s Rehabilitation record. PayGlobal displays claim records for this employee only.

Incident:

Enabled when the Employee field is populated.

Links an Incident to an employee’s Rehabilitation record. PayGlobal displays incident records for this employee only.
