Summary

Rehabilitation is a planned return to work process that follows a predefined course of events and actions. Often this process involves the assistance and guidance of outside organisations that ensure these events and actions occur. The objective is to get the employee back to work in a safe and co-ordinated manner.

The advantages of this approach are reductions in the cost of compensation and lost time for the employer, and a potential reduction in compensation levies.

Procedure

To add a Rehabilitation Plan, switch to Edit mode and press Insert.
