Summary

An Employee Appraisal needs to measure an employee's effectiveness in performing the stated business objectives of an organisation.

Appraisal Types

This tab page displays the business objectives and the scores that you have assigned them. These Business Objectives come from the appraisal type selected in the Employee Appraisals - Details tab page.

Editing Business Objectives

The Business Objectives displayed here are non-editable. To measure other, or additional business objectives, select a different appraisal type. This may mean creating a new appraisal type to use for this employee appraisal.

Entering Scores

Enter a score for each business objective.

Scores are assigned in the Employee Appraisal Business Objectives form. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this form.

Overall Performance Rating

The average of these scores contributes to the overall performance rating of the employee.
