Summary

When creating Performance Plans, your organisation may choose to record individual goals and objectives for each employee rather than record the Key Result Areas associated with Positions.

The Action Plan tab records the goals and objectives for an employee. These are not linked to Key Result Areas.

Procedure

Data is entered in the Performance Plan Actions form. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this form.

An employee can have multiple goals or objectives recorded.
