This tab page records the Course Types that are outlined in a Performance Plan.

Procedure

Select the appropriate Development Plan(s) for an employee's Performance Plan by tagging them in the Select Course Types form. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this form.

PayGlobal can automatically create a Training Plan record in the PayGlobal software for an employee with the Generate Training Plan Button.
