Examples of statements could be:

Competency = Complex negotiation

To plan and manage a negotiation process where conflicting interests and/or interests exist, or where no precedents for resolution are available.

Competency = Provide support for PC software

Describe software diagnostic tools for single-user and multi-user operating systems. Resolve problems for single-user and multi-user operating systems.
