Summary

This makeup table summarises the competencies that are required for each Work Area Position. Competencies are the skills, knowledge and attributes expected from an employee in the workplace. Each work area position may require different competency sets to effectively carry out the duties of the position. Competencies can be ranked to determine which are the most important.

Extra functionality

The Customise Columns right-click menu option enables you to display additional columns in the grid.

The Generate GRID Report right-click menu option enables you to create a report based on information displayed in the grid.
