Summary

There are a number of accepted job evaluation methods used in the field of human resources. Each job evaluation method uses different criteria to assess the requirements of a position. These criteria are also known as assessments. Each assessment in a job evaluation carries a points rating. The higher the overall points value after formula calculation is taken into account, the higher the final job evaluation for a position.

This makeup table displays the Work Area Position Assessments with their points value used in each job evaluation.
