Summary

Use the Position Levels entity to create a hierarchical structure for positions in an organisation.

There are three types of Level structure:

  • Numerical structures - Level 1, Level 2, Level 3
  • Descriptive structures - Executive, Management, Support
  • A combination of both these structures.

Using Levels

Position Classifications group Positions in an organisation by category. Different Levels are then assigned according to their importance level in the hierarchy.
