This tab page records the important dates connected with an applicant's competency. You need to complete dates for each competency that an applicant holds. The following fields are optional. |
Date acquired |
The date that a competency was formally recognised as acquired by an applicant. |
How acquired |
For example,

Review date |
Some competencies may need to be reviewed after a certain period to ensure that the skills learnt are still relevant. For example, in a hospital environment, it is vital that skills are kept up to date. |
Target date |
If a competency is not fully recognised, this date reflects the expected attainment date. |
Expiry date |
The expiry date may be connected with the review date. It helps to ensure that required competencies are up to date. |
