Competency Standard:

Competency Standards are an analysis of the level of skills, knowledge and attributes expected of people in various roles in the workplace. This field associates a competency recorded in PayGlobal with an applicant.

Status:

Sometimes you may need to assign a status to a competency that is not fully granted. For example, a competency could be provisional on completion of a probationary period. Or an applicant could still be planning to complete a competency after other tasks have been completed. A competency itself could still be in development by an organisation.

Level:

This field is user-defined to suit your organisation.
