Summary

Using a panel of interviewers to assess applicants helps to ensure the most suitable candidate is selected for a Position.

Use the Interview Panels entity to record the process and results for an employment interview, rather than the Recruitment Centres entity.

Function

The Interview Panels entity records, for each Panel Member

  • The Panel Member code. Further details about a panel member are available by drilling down.
  • The Recruitment Centre code that a panel member is interviewing for.  Further details about a recruitment centre are available by drilling down.
  • Applicant details for each applicant that a panel member is interviewing.
  • The Questionnaire that is asked of each applicant.
  • The score that a panel member assigns to each applicant for each question in a questionnaire.
  • Additional comments/responses for each question.
  • Whether a score should be included in the average score for an applicant.
