Summary

Sometimes an employment interview is conducted by a panel of interviewers. Each interviewer records their own impressions of an applicant.

Using an interview panel helps to ensure fairness and prevent bias. In the structured interview process, each applicant receives an identical questionnaire.

Calculating the average and weighted average scores

Use the right-click menu of the Recruitment Centre you are interviewing for to calculate the average and weighted average score that an applicant receives from an interview panel. These averages can be viewed in the Details tab page of the Recruitment Centre Applicant Questionnaires form.
