Summary

Sometimes part of a remuneration package consists of participation in a share or bonus incentive plan. For example:

• Incentive payments for staff.
• Part of an at-risk component of a Remuneration Package.

Using Scheme Types

The Scheme Types entity groups Positions so that all employees holding a Position are automatically eligible to participate in a scheme. Bonuses are paid out according to the rules of the employee's Scheme Type. An employee can belong to more than one Scheme Type.
