Summary

This tab page displays the Positions that are eligible for a scheme type.

Sometimes, part of a remuneration package includes the participation in a bonus plan. A remuneration package could also include an at- risk component.

A Scheme Type can include many Positions. For example, all Managerial Positions could belong to the same scheme. A Position can also belong to more than one scheme. For example, the Sales Manager Position could belong to both the Managerial scheme and the Sales incentive scheme.

Procedure

Associate Positions with a Scheme Type by tagging them in the Select Positions window. Click Edit | Add or Edit to reach this window.
