Summary

In Course Attendees records, the Learning Outcomes tab contains Course Attendee Learning Outcomes makeup records that allow you to record the attendee's level of knowledge or skill for that learning outcome before they attended the course and after it.

Fields

Learning Outcome:

Learning Outcomes record for specific knowledge or skills addressed in the course, such as knowledge of basic first aid.

Initial value:

Use this field to record the attendee's numeric (0.0 to 9.9) level of knowledge or skill for the learning outcome before they attended the course. For example, the attendee's first aid skills before the course could be 1 (poor).

Final value:

Use this field to record the attendee's numeric (0.0 to 9.9) level of knowledge or skill for the learning outcome after they attended the course. For example, the attendee's first aid skills after the course could be 5 (excellent).
