Summary

The Institutions tab contains suppliers or providers of this type of course. Usually courses for the same course type are run by the same provider. However, you can associate multiple Institutions with a course type to create a range of provider options.

Note: PayGlobal does not copy these institutions into Courses records that you create from this course type. The institutions associated with the Course Types record are not connected with the Institution field in Employee Qualifications records created by an employee passing this type of course.

Procedure

To associate Institutions with a Course Types record:

1. On the Course Types | Institutions tab, click Edit.
2. Press Insert.

   The Select Institutions pick list appears.

3. Click checkboxes to select the Institutions that you want to associate with this record.
4. Click OK.
