Summary

The Work Area Positions tab contains the WAPs that require training in this type of course. If you add an employee to a course based on this Course Type and they are not linked to this type of course through their WAP, then an Information message appears. The message just indicates that the course is not required training for an employee in this WAP so you can still add the employee to the course. WAPs link PayGlobal Learning & Development with Self-Service Learning & Development. 

Procedure

To associate WAPs with a Course Types record:

1. On the Course Types | Work Area Positions tab, click Edit.
2. Press Insert.

   The Select Work Area Positions pick list appears.

3. Click checkboxes to select the Work Area Positions that you want to associate with this record.
4. Click OK.
