Summary

A Training Plan Qualifications makeup record contains information about a specific qualification associated with an employee's training plan.

Fields

Qualification Type:

Qualification that the employee will gain in this training plan.

Note: The Qualification Type pick list contains Qualification Types records that PayGlobal uses to define qualifications in several entities. As a result, Qualification Types records in makeup tables are often labelled "Qualifications".

Institution:

Learning provider that will award the employee this qualification.

Acquired:

Yes/No field that indicates whether the employee has gained this qualification.

• You must update this field manually; PayGlobal does not automatically update it when the employee passes the final course for this qualification.
• If you close a training plan with Acquired = "Yes", then PayGlobal adds the qualification to the employee's Qualifications tab.
