Summary |
The Qualifications tab contains Training Plan Qualifications makeup records. These records are the qualifications (see Qualification Types) that the employee can acquire by completing this training plan. Although Course Types records are associated with qualifications on the Qualification Types tab, you cannot copy them across to a training plan to automatically create Training Plan Qualifications records. An employee often needs to complete several courses to gain a qualification, but they do not necessarily need to complete the courses in a specific order. You should add a qualification to a training plan only if the employee will complete the final course required to gain the qualification in that training plan. As a result, you have to manually create Training Plan Qualifications records. |
