Summary

A Training Plan Competencies makeup record contains information about a specific competency associated with an employee's training plan.

Fields
Competency:

Competency that the employee needs to acquire by the end of this training plan.

Competency reason:

You can use this free-text field to explain why the employee requires this competency.

Responsibility:

Defines where responsibility lies for the employee acquiring this competency.

  • Self (default)
  • Department
  • Company.

 

If you create a nomination from the training plan and use the Transfer button to add the employee to the course, then PayGlobal automatically adds the following values when you close the course.

Course:

Course that the employee attended to acquire this competency.

  • If you added this Training Plan Competencies record manually, then you have to update this field manually.
Course end date:

Date that the employee acquired this competency.

  • If you added this Training Plan Competencies record manually, then you have to update this field manually.
