Training Plans - Competencies Addressed

Summary

The Competencies Addressed tab contains Training Plan Competencies makeup records. These records are the competencies that the employee needs to acquire by the end of this Training Plan.

When you add a Training Plan Course Types record on the Needs Analysis tab, you can copy competencies from the Course Types record to the Training Plans | Competencies Addressed tab and automatically create Training Plan Competencies records. However, you can also manually add a Training Plan Competencies record to a training plan.

Procedure

To manually add a Training Plan Competencies record to a training plan:

  1. On the Training Plans | Competencies Addressed tab, click Edit.
  2. Press Insert.

The Add Training Plan Competencies - Details tab appears.
