Summary

A Training Plan Course Types makeup record contains information about a specific course type associated with an employee's training plan.

Fields
Course Type:

Course type that is part of the employee's training plan.

Nominated:

Yes/No field that indicates whether the employee has a Nominations record for this course type. When you create nomination from an employee's training plan, this field changes to "Yes".

Course:

An instance of the above Course Type.

  • If you create a nomination from an employee's training plan and use the Transfer button to add an employee to a course, then PayGlobal adds the Course value to the employee's Training Plan Course Types record.

    Note: In this scenario, PayGlobal adds the Course value to the employee's Training Plan Competencies record when you close the course.

  • If you do not use nominations, then you need to manually update this field to indicate the learning event that the employee attended.
