Summary

A training module is a group of assessment factors for a specific training level. For example, if a training module represents a business department, then its assessment factors represent the tasks that an individual needs to demonstrate knowledge of.

Training Modules are then associated with an employee's Training Plan.

Examples

A Help Desk training module for trainee employees could be associated with basic assessment factors, such as telephone response and call logging.

A Help Desk training module for managers could be associated with assessment factors for administration tasks, such as schedule planning.
