Summary

The Feeder Positions tab page displays a list of Positions that can be successors to a Key Position. There can be several Feeder Positions for one Key Position.

Examples

For example, if a Key Position is identified as Business Development Manager, Feeder Positions could be Marketing Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Representative.

Procedure

Record data using the KPL Feeder Positions form. Click Edit | Add or Edit to reach this form.

The Calculate Incumbents Button

After recording Feeder Positions, use the Calculate Incumbents button in the KPL Position Lists form to automatically transfer the records for those employees holding identified Feeder Positions to the Feeder Incumbents tab page.
