Summary

Feeder positions are those positions that are identified as suitable for succession to a Key Position.

The Calculate Incumbents button

PayGlobal places employee records for those employees holding feeder positions into the Feeder Incumbents tab page after the Calculate Incumbents button is used.

Fields

Key Position:

The position that you want to find likely successors for.

Feeder Position:

Positions using the same basic skill set as the key position.

Minimum Appraisal Score:

This is the minimum score that an employee holding a feeder position must attain to be suitable for inclusion as a feeder incumbent.

Select High Achieving Employees only

You can widen the range of employees who will become incumbents by leaving the Feeder Position field blank, and entering a minimum appraisal score only. This means that all high achieving employees will be placed on the Feeder Incumbents tab page, regardless of the position that they hold within an organisation.
