It is important to understand, that the total accrued value is recalculated during each pay period close for the Average method, in contrast to calculating the current pay period accrual and adding it to a previously accumulated value. Qualifying units accruals occur in Standard and Manual pays. |

Calculation |
To calculate the total accrued for the annual leave anniversary period, multiply the accrual rate per pay period , usually entered in the Leave | Setup tab, by the total qualifying hours or days during each pay period close: Accrual rate per pay period * Total days paid |
