The PayGlobal History Module is a standalone program that converts files from a previous Payroll system to one that you can readily access and browse in a format that looks and feels similar to other PayGlobal products.

Function

The History Module is a front-end application that allows you to import data and then access and browse it.

The History Module is designed to:

• Import historical data from legacy systems
• Provide a friendly and efficient user interface
• Allow data to be accessed and browsed
• Make the system generic
• Be able to cater for large volumes of data

Who should use the History Module?

Primarily companies that have been outsourcing their payroll requirements use the History Module to convert data held by a legacy (alternative) system. This effectively ceases the need to rely on an outsourcing bureau, thus reducing costs overall.

Unless they are paying for the use of an in- house system, companies that are changing from an in-house system to PayGlobal do not need to use the History module, as data can readily be accessed from the previous system.
