Fields |
Cost Centre:Select a cost centre if you want to include the location in cost centre reporting. If the cost centre has a General ledger code, then costs are exported to your General Ledger system. Budget Centre:A budget centre is a division of your organisation that you apply budget values to. For example, you could apply all checkout budgeting to the Checkouts budget centre. Budget centres are usually associated with cost centres. If you specify a budget centre in a Locations record, then employee roster costs and hours are applied to that budget centre. If the employee's location and position have budget centres, then their costs and hours are applied to both budget centres. Job:Cost centres can be broken down into jobs. For example, the Sales cost centre could contain jobs named after each of your major clients. You can report on the amount of time that locations spend on each client. Award:You can apply an award at Locations level. Rate:You can apply an rate at Locations level. Rate amount:This value overrides other any rate amounts associated with this location. Factor:The factor is a multiplier that is combined with the rate. |
