Summary |
Transaction total is calculated by: Sum of all Allowances in an Allowance Group / Number of days actually worked An allowance group must be entered as part of an allowance using this calculation method. |
Allowance Groups |
The Allowances tab page of an Allowance Group displays all allowances that are included in that group. PayGlobal adds up the value of all allowances in an allowance group for this calculation method, irrespective of whether they are set to 'Quantity', 'Total' or 'Equivalent'. |
Example |
An employee may have worked for only 16 out of a possible 20 days. PayGlobal divides the total by 16, rather than 20. |
