Summary

Payments using the L. Annual Leave allowance type debit an employee's annual leave balance.

You may need more than one annual leave allowance if annual leave on termination does not attract Superannuation contributions.

You can view this type of allowance in the History Analysis Leave Calendar regardless of the Show on History Analysis Leave Calendar field setting.

This type of allowance is always set as Paying on the Details (i) tab page of an allowance.

Important: Do not use this allowance type for separate leave loading payments.

Annual Leave

All employees are affected by annual leave transactions at some stage of their employment.

Annual leave tables must be set up correctly. Inaccuracies will result in errors in annual leave calculations and balances.
