Examples of position classifications may include Nurse, Senior Nurse, Agency Senior Nurse, Nurse Pool.

Employees with different position classifications may have different entitlements, for example, minimum wages.

Rather than attaching award rules to each position classification, we recommend that you create an additional award which is then attached to contracts.

Many position classifications will belong to the same contract.
