Payroll | Bank Branches
Summary |
PayGlobal uses Bank Branch records to validate bank branch numbers when you enter a bank account. If your database does not contain any Bank Branch records, then no validation occurs. This validation is not mandatory, but it is recommended. The Refresh BSBN command copies current bank branch information from a text file into Bank Branch records. You should run the Refresh BSBN command regularly. |
Invalid BSBN number |
If you enter a bank account and the bank branch number is not in the Bank Branches table, then a message appears and you have to select a Bank Branches record. The bank branch number that you entered may be incorrect so you need to select the correct Bank Branches record. Alternatively, your Bank Branch records may be out of date so you need to get the latest BSBN file (if necessary), and then run the Refresh BSBN command. |
