The Bank Groups entity groups different banking institutions by their name.

Example

For example a company/user may wish to report on employees who bank with the ANZ or Westpac, as distinct from other banks. By creating unique Bank Group codes (which are user-definable) and attaching the relevant code to an employee, the employee's information is filtered accordingly.
