This report has been created in light of Section 61 of the New Zealand Holidays Act 2003, whereby 'Alternative Holidays' can be exchanged for payment.

This report will assist you to determine what leave credits an employee has and which of these are outstanding (received more than 12 months ago).

Warning Messages

When leave credits are entered into PayGlobal without using manual leave credit transactions, for example, when data is imported using Synchronisation, the following warning message is displayed:

'This leave credit does NOT balance with History. This might be due to starting balances or manual changes'.
