Summary

This report displays:

  • Descriptions (Employee name and code)
  • Sequence (the pay sequence in which sick leave transaction was entered)
  • Period Date (the Pay Sequence period end date)
  • Start (the start date of the employee's sick leave)
  • End (the end date of the employee's sick leave)
  • Leave taken (the number of days absent)
  • Reduce Ent by (the number of sick leave units the employee's leave balance is reduced by)
  • Weeks Absent
  • Units Paid
  • Reason.

Data comes from

The information on this report comes from the sick leave transaction completed for the reported pay period.

Report Settings

Note: You can run this report on closed or purged pay sequences only.

You usually run this report by pay sequence, but other options are available. If you run this report by Period Range, then it will return all transactions from all pay sequences with period end dates in that range.

Sorting

This report is based on the Employee table so most of the sorting options are employee-related. If you tag the Show Detail Band check box, then the report will sort by employee name.
