Reports | Report Groups | PGPRMISC | PGPRMISC061 - Pay Period Audit Report

Summary

This report is used to identify users that have made changes to employee data in a closed pay period.

The 'last user' is deemed as being the last user to make changes in the Start date field or Termination Date field.

You can report changes in the following areas:

  • New employees
  • Show annual salary
  • Terminations
  • Annual leave taken
  • Sick leave taken
  • Manual pays
  • Other allowances
  • Rate changes
  • Other employee changes
  • Allowance changes
  • Deduction changes

PayGlobal now looks in the the 'last user' field of the Historical Allowance table to locate changes made to annual leave taken, sick leave taken and other allowances. For Manual pays PayGlobal looks in the "the last user" field of the Trans Historical Master table.

In New Zealand, Units Taken = Paid units including:

  • Outstanding (Entitled)
  • Advanced (Accrued)
  • Paid out leave.
