Summary

The Pay Calculation Report identifies employee clock times, total hours worked, and the various transaction types generated through payment rules.

This report is useful for performing a final check of employee payments prior to the pay period being closed. It can only be run after processing is completed.

Important: You must successfully complete pay processing before you can run the Pay Calculation report.

Edit Report Settings

From the right-click menu, select Edit Report Settings to reach the Pay Calculation Report Setup window.

Pay Sequences:

Select a Pay Sequence to run the calculation report for by clicking on the browse button. If the message "There are no valid pay sequences" is displayed, check that there is a processed actuals (T&A) sequence to be reported on.

Employee:

Select an employee in the pick list or leave this field blank to select all employees.

View:

This report can be run for a Roster or Actuals sequence – allowing you to report on the projected roster costs for a department.

Orientation:

Set this to Portrait or Landscape, depending on how many allowance columns you require in the report.

Columns:

Determines the information displayed on the right-hand side of the report.

Note: If the employee receives allowances that are not included in the column settings, then they will be displayed below the employee's timebands.

In/outs:

Set the number of clock swipes/transfers that you want printed on the report. The minimum is one and the maximum is nine.
