Summary

You can use Shift Groups to categorise similar shifts, such as "AM = Morning Shift" and "DY = Day Shift". When you run a report, you can group records by Shift Group.

You can set up costing details in the Shift Groups record that apply to all Shifts associated with that record (see Shifts - Group). However, any costing details in the Shifts records will override the costing details in the Shift Groups record.
