Fields

Position:

Employee's position in the organisation, such as "Checkout Operator" or "Driver".

Task:

Use this field if you use a CRM package with Rostering. For example, you would use it if a client was being charged for work done by an employee during the Rostering period. See Tasks for further information.

Shift Group:

You can use Shift Groups to categorise similar shifts, such as "AM = Morning Shift" and "DY = Day Shift". When you run a report, you can group records by Shift Group.
